第1篇 工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
1、協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理做好施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水、電、暖及設(shè)備專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)管理工作;
2、審查并監(jiān)督檢查水、電、暖及各設(shè)備專業(yè)專項(xiàng)施工組織方案;
3、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水、電、暖、消防等機(jī)電安裝施工管理工作;
4、負(fù)責(zé)安裝工程的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本、安全管理工作進(jìn)行管控、指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督、審核。
任職資格:
(1)大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)電、暖通、給排水安裝等相關(guān)專業(yè),具有機(jī)電專業(yè)中級(jí)及以上職稱,5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
(2)熟悉給排水、強(qiáng)弱電、暖通等安裝工程施工管理,具有豐富的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備獨(dú)立的解決問題的能力;
(3)熟悉施工圖紙,能熟練使用cad等辦公軟件。
(4)能吃苦耐勞,適應(yīng)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)出差。

工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理崗位職責(zé)
健康安全環(huán)境經(jīng)理hse manager(負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工，工程管理) responsibilities
develop and implement project hsse strategy/plan under sembcorp ghsse framework
monitor and review each project hsse performance
advisory/recommendation/suggestion is to made to project management
conduct necessary hsse audit/inspection/training on project
promote good hsse programs within the project
coordinate project emergency response procedure
overall management of onsite security team/medical service team
overall management development on project hsse team and hsse personnel
team competency management to make sure each individual is capable of the assigned job
make sure necessary reports are submitted， analysed and consolidated such as contractor daily/monthly hsse report
provide training， mentoring and coaching to project hsse team
make sure most of hsse engineer’s time is spent onsite (at least 80-85%)
handle all project hsse incident cases， to support hsse coordinator to properly run/maintain sembcorp hsse statistic and documentation
support construction team to ensure project hsse risks are identified， recorded and controlled
qualifications
bachelor degree
fluent in english writing and ok speaking ability， cet6 or higher is preferred
relevant leadership training course (preferred)
certified safety engineer 注安證
10+ years of relevant hsse management experience in either one of oil & gas， chemical， power， waste water industry
strong skill as personal/team communication
strong sense and skill of team spirit as a team leader
basically well know of “how to manage people”
