requirements:
high level of proficiency (2-5+ years’ experience) using 3d cad software; inventor preferred
possess strong english communication skills both verbally and in writing.
thorough understanding of engineering drawings (documentation for manufacture)
professional experience in a product design or a similar technical role
knowledge of the product development process (concept development through to volume production)
experience in sheet metal fabrication processes
some experience in metal (steel and aluminium) extrusions, welding and finishing processes
desired:
experience with product concept renderings for presentation to client
experience in signage a strong advantage
experience within the consumer signage appliance industry
experience with signage project certification processes for local and export markets.
